Chris Dorner, Naval Intelligence Officer

According to the NAVY, Dorner was bascially moonlighting at the LAPD (2005-2008). They list his missions here for the NAVY during that time period:

Out of curiosity, how does a sailor work as a cop in Los Angeles while in Bahrain for half a year?

Was he naval intelligence? According to this link, the answer is yes, Dorner became a Naval Intelligence officer on August 4th, 2006.

The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) is NAVY's version of the CIA...Lee Harvey Oswald was in the ONI...but he was more famous for being the patsy for JFK's assassination.

Is this a coincidence?

  1. GREAT FIND!

The ONI is also deeply involved in mind control programs. They were involved in funding the experiments of Dr. Jose Delgado, a Spanish fascist, at Yale University. These projects related to radio implants being used for purposes of mind control.

With the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), the Navy funded the Addiction Research Center of the U.S. Public Health Service in Lexington, Kentucky, an institution used by the CIA in their LSD research. It was the Navy that studied the mescaline experiments executed at the Dachau concentration camp. They became interested in this research, and established Project Chatter in 1947, to study methods of extracting information from subjects against their will.

From "Mind Control" by Harry V. Martin and David Caul:

"A U.S. Navy psychologist, who claims that the Office of Naval Intelligence had taken convicted murderers from military prisons, used behavior modification techniques on them, and then relocated them in American embassies throughout the world ... The Navy psychologist was Lt. Commander Thomas Narut of the U.S. Regional Medical Center in Naples, Italy. The information was divulged at an Oslo NATO conference of 120 psychologists from the eleven nation alliance ... The Navy provided all the funding necessary, according To Narut.

"Dr. Narut, in a question and answer session with reporters from many nations, revealed how the Navy was secretly programming large numbers of assassins. He said that the men he had worked with for the Navy were being prepared for commando-type operations, as well as covert operations in U.S. embassies worldwide. He described the men who went through his program as 'hit men and assassins' who could kill on command.

"Careful screening of the subjects was accomplished by Navy psychologists through the military records ... and many were convicted murderers serving military prison sentences."

Dr. Narut stated that the U.S. Regional Medical Center in Naples, where he worked, was one of the two major stations for these mind control projects. This would explain how he had been privy to the information.

The other station named by Dr. Narut was the Navy's Neuropsychiatric Laboratory in San Diego. Interestingly enough, Charles Andrew Williams, the young man who attacked carried out a shooting attack at Santana High School in 2001, was the son of a laboratory technician who worked at this very institution. His mother was a combat nurse for the U.S. Army, and he had been born at Fort Detrick, the center of the nation's biological warfare program. This base was deeply involved in mind control research, and there are unconfirmed reports that Williams' father (the lab technician) had been in contact with intelligence agencies while the family lived here. The gun used by Williams was owned by his father, and there were initial reports that the suspect was wearing military fatigues, although Williams was not.

This shooting, of course, happened in San Diego, the unofficial headquarters of the U.S. Navy in the United States.

According to "There's Something About Henry" by Dave McGowan:

"[T]he ONI - Office of Naval Intelligence - is the oldest and quite possibly the largest and most powerful of the U.S. intelligence entities)."

  2. You are correct in noting that naval intelligence affiliation of Lee Harvey Oswald. This was not their only connection to the assassination. One researcher, William Kelly, has suggested that naval intelligence was among the major entities involved in carrying out the assassination.

He posted a very compelling article to this effect on his blog JFK Countercoup.

It was Naval Intelligence that formed an allegiance with the Mafia, resulting in their becoming an important appendage of the national security establishment ever since.

    L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of the Church of Scientology, was a naval intelligence agent. His father was a commander in the Navy. This church has served as a useful appendage of the military-intelligence complex since its founding. It is believed by many to be some kind of mind control project.

The Sunset Strip killer, Douglas Clark, was the son of a naval intelligence officer.

  3. Charles Whitman, the man who carried out the massacre at the University of Texas in 1966, was trained by a naval intelligence proprietary called the Naval Enlisted Science Education Program (NESEP). There are a number of indications that the infamous massacre at the University of Texas was a covert operation.

Firstly, it was carried out on August 1, the occult festival of Lammas Day, and only a few months after the beginning of the Age of Satan (April 30, 1966), when Anton LaVey (formerly of the San Francisco Police Department) founded the Church of Satan.

Secondly, Whitman's background suggests that he was a covert intelligence operative of some kind. He was a U.S. Marine from July 1959 to December 1964. During his initial years, he performed so effectively as a soldier that he was received a marine scholarship and was selected for Officer's Candidate School. Interestingly, the scholarship brought him to the University of Texas at Austin, where he would later commit a horrific massacre. There are indications that classified documents relating to the case would connect Whitman to the surveillance of "underground campus organizations" - domestic intelligence work, in other words, very similar to the type Oswald was conducting in New Orleans.

During his time in the Marines, Whitman was "hospitalized" and served time in the brig. Was this a cover for intelligence training or, dare we say, "programming"?

Many times, "hospitalization" has served as a cover for programming. This was true for Project MK-ULTRA and the infamous Allen Memorial Institute in Montreal, Canada. In fact, Lee Harvey Oswald was also hospitalized and served brig time during his Marine service. Others in his unit thought he was receiving intelligence training. With what is now known about the curious circumstances surrounding these "hospitalizations" and "brig" times, this is almost a certainty. Perhaps Whitman was also receiving intelligence training, since he was actually under the tutelage of NESEP for a time.

This seems even more plausible when one considers that both Oswald and Whitman received early discharges, a phenomenon rare in the Corps. From what we know now, Oswald's discharge was certainly a part of an intelligence operation. Given what we know about Whitman, could his mysterious discharge be the result of some intelligence agency "magic"?

In 1965, a year before the massacre, Whitman worked for NASA in Houston, Texas. All of this, of course, in addition to the fact that he had been trained by a naval intelligence entity, suggests that he was involved in covert activity, and may well have been 'programmed'. If we are to believe individuals like Cathy O'Brien, NASA is deeply involved in such research.

  4. It is interesting to note that while Lee Harvey Oswald was in New Orleans, he told the owner of the Crescent City Garage, where he looked at gun magazines, that he expected to work for NASA and that this would be his "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow."

If Oswald was a genuine defector and "Marxist-Leninist" activist, why would he expect a career at NASA? Did his handlers tell him he had a future here?

What is known is that when Oswald left Reily Coffee Company, where he was working at the time, nearly all of his co-workers followed him not long after. All of them seemed to find employment at NASA, as did a number of other figures connected to the assassination. Kerry Thornley, one of the strangest and most suspicious characters surrounding Oswald (believed by many to have been his mysterious impersonator), insisted that he be interviewed at NASA. Gordon Novel, another incredibly strange and suspect character connected to the assassination investigation, fled to NASA (among other places) while attempting to evade being subpoenaed or questioned about the assassination by District Attorney Jim Garrison. Both Novel and Thornley would later claim to be caught in the middle of seemingly insane conspiracies of absurd complexity involving secret societies, intelligence agencies, Nazis, magic, and mind control.

The connection between NASA and the assassination has yet to be explored by investigators in detail.

Most interesting are the strange similarities between the disgruntled Marines, Lee Harvey Oswald and Charles Whitman. Oswald allegedly "acted out" in 1963 and Whitman would "snap" only three years later. Interestingly, the massacre at the university would be investigated by a special "governor's commission" led by John B. Connolly, who had still been the Governor of Texas at the time of the assassination. Of course, Connally had been in the presidential motorcade that day and was wounded by what the federal government claims was "the magic bullet".

  5. Whitman mentioned in a letter that he had recently been plagued with "many unusual and irrational thoughts" which "constantly reoccur." Between the fall and winter of 1965, he saw five doctors who gave him various psychiatric drugs. One of them, Dexedrine, was an extremely strange prescription for someone with anger problems.

The Grand Jury documents were sealed by the FBI and are 'never' to be released. Notes written by Whitman were also classified because they named another person connected to the case.

Among the first responders to the tower attack was the Secret Service, interestingly enough. How often are they at the scene of a university shooting?

There were even indications of multiple shooters. According to the L.A. Times:

"He was firing so fast and so often, with so many puffs of smoke coming from different angles on the observation deck, that many on the ground believed there were two or three snipers."

Perhaps most interestingly, we read on p. 174 of "Mind Control, World Control" by Jim Keith, an author who suspiciously died in the hospital after a suspicious "accident" at the occult Burning Man festival:

"Manson is also alleged to have been connected to Scientology, as well as to a coven in New Orleans whose members supposedly included Janis Joplin and the University of Texas tower sniper Charles Whitman."

This occult connection is ever-present in the intelligence agencies, serial killings, shooting massacres, politics, secret societies, and every other section of weirdness and conspiracy. It hints at a deeper, more mystical force connected to it all. This would help to explain the seemingly supernatural "coincidences" (snychronicities?) that surround these events.

Such as the fact that Whitley Streiber, the UFO witness and author of "Communion", was apparently present. On p. 276 of "Mind Control, World Control", we read:

"Another famous abductee whose experience deserves closer scrutiny is Whitley Streiber. Streiber went to the Fabian-founded London School of Economics in England. While in London, he directed a film about The Process cult group, although with no prints of the film available, it is not known what position Streiber took in regards to the cult. In his best-selling book about abduction, Communion, Streiber notes that for years he had believed that he was present at the Charles Whitman shooting spree at the University of Texas, but finally realized that he wasn't. In the sequel, Transformation, Streiber realizes that he must have been, because of a friend's confirmation. Streiber believes that he has two implants in his body, one in an earlobe, the other injected into a little finger. At the 1996 Gulf Breeze, Florida, UFO Conference Streiber mentioned the idea that he might have been the subject of mind control operations by the government. He speculated that his believed experiences with extraterrestrial aliens may in fact have been broadcast to him through the implants."

    1. Just on first reading of this post, would this be a reaction to the public not believing Oswald could've fired those three shots so quickly? Psy-ops another "shooter" (while actually hiring several), to make it look as if it was a piece of cake for one to do so much damage...

    2. Interesting theory. The massacre committed by Whitman really does seem like a subliminal reminder of the assassination.

The similarities between the Oswald and Whitman cases are downright eerie. It is these kind of strange, logic-defying "coincidences" that have really led me to believe in a deeper occult force in these events. Both were alleged to have fired shots from tall buildings with high-powered rifles as well. In December 1959, Oswald was serving U.S. Intelligence as a "defector" in the Soviet Union while Whitman was serving U.S. Intelligence as a Marine stationed in Cuba at the height of the revolution. Oswald in Russia and Whitman in Cuba, simultaneously. Both were connected to ONI and NASA. Both officially had "psychopathic" tendencies and were (like so many other patsies) "disgruntled" ex-soldiers, having served in the exact same branch of the military. Both "snapped" within three years of one another in the same state, under the same governor. One allegedly wounded Governor Connally with a "magic bullet", while the other would have his massacre attributed to a brain tumor by a "special investigation" led by Governor Connally.

I think we can find the primary motivation for these tragedies in a strange mixture of psychology and occult practice.

They are ritualistic assaults on the public psyche. President Kennedy was killed in broad daylight while Abraham Zapruder recorded it on camera, creating a $150,000 snuff film that would be aired before the nation, allowing generation after generation to relive the death (ritual sacrifice) of Camelot. Dealey Plaza is a repository of occult symbolism, and an obelisk now stands there to commemorate their victory on November 22, 1963.

The massacre attributed to Whitman was carried out on August 1 (Lammas Day), one of the "Cross Quarter Days" of the occult calendar. On the eve of the next Cross Quarter Day, Halloween (Samhain), the Zodiac killings would begin with the mysterious murder of Cheri Jo Bates, whose father worked for the Naval Ordnance Laboratory and whose brother was serving in the Navy. Three books about the U.S. Government were lying in the front seat of her car, while her body was found (with numerous stab wounds) in a driveway only one hundred yards away.

The traumatic effect these events have on society is part of the ritual.

  6. The benefits to the national security establishment in executing the massacre were numerous.

First, all of these mass shootings contribute to the creation of fear and isolation in society. They keep everyone terrified and, as a direct result, submissive to the state. The method for subtle fear-based control is the infliction of trauma on the populace. That this is policy is evidenced by the public nature of the Kennedy assassination and 9/11. These are events in which everyone "remembers exactly where they were and what they were doing." Yet when you ask them, they'd prefer not to talk about it. These are clear symptoms of trauma.

"Shock and awe" is the overarching motivation for these events. However, many smaller-scale benefits were realized:

-The creation of SWAT teams was a direct result of the massacre.

-A month later, President Lyndon B. Johnson (who held the throne only because of Kennedy's assassination) introduced the first gun control legislation.

So, absolutely. The fact that Christopher Dorner has a background in Naval Intelligence should certainly set off alarm bells. This event occurred in an area of California that is home to more military and intelligence contractors than anywhere else in America, save northern Virginia. It occurs immediately after a carefully calculated campaign of terrifying attacks targeting every part of the American experience: theater (Aurora), church (Wisconsin), home (Webster), mall (Portland), shooting range (Rough Creek), and, of course, school (Sandy Hook). Before the public is even finished digesting these psychological operations, there is a series of attacks carried out across an entire area of California by a "lone nut"?

The unsigned "manifesto" describes these events as "an unconventional warfare campaign." Indeed.

    1. Except, there are a handful of people who don't remember where they were when JFK was shot: Nixon, George H.W. Bush and (until his death bed confession) E. Howard Hunt...but I agree with your assessment.

Thanks for commenting with lots of new information for me to research!

    2. No problem, man. Thanks for the kind words. This seems like a really good blog!

Yep - the laundry list of folks who just happened to find themselves in Dallas that morning is astounding.

The number of future presidents who were involved is also pretty amazing. Nixon, Johnson, and and Bush obviously were. Reagan participated in the cover-up by helping some of Garrison's suspects avoid extradition when he was Governor of California. Ford was a key player on the Warren Commission.

That is five future presidents who were directly involved in either the operation or the cover-up. Another perverse jest of history (synchronicity?) is that Bill Clinton famously shook President Kennedy's hand, and is now a close friend of the man he succeeded, George H.W Bush, one of the killers.
