The 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds) took
only three months & eight days to be ratified! Why? Simple! The people demanded it. That was in 1971...before computers, before e-mail, before cell phones, etc. Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven took one year or less to become the law of the land...all because of public pressure.
I'm asking each addressee to forward this email to a minimum of twenty people on their address list; in turn ask each of those to do likewise.
In three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message. This is one idea that really should be passed around.
Congressional Reform Act of 2011
1. Term Limits. 12 years only, one of the possible options below...
a. Two Six-year Senate terms
b. Six Two-year House terms
c. One Six-year Senate term and three Two-Year House terms
2. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.
3. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people.
4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 10-1-11
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.
If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people then it will only take three days for most people (in the U.S. ) to receive the message. Maybe it is time..

I Still Trust President Obama
I trust Obama because he's running the same strategy that got him to where he is today:
1. Work with the status quo (even tho it's not what his constituents want)
2. Hold them accountable (this is always good)
3. Listen to the people when they are loud enough (Egypt was the precedent. He will follow thru with US when our numbers are big enough)
4. Be flexible when a prior stance no longer applies (instead of being stubborn and rigid like most party presidents, trust the people over the politicians)
I see him being himself in regards to typical Democrat policy, and likewise I see what looks like sucking up to the GOP. He became class president at Harvard by doing this, but he brought the liberals and the conservatives together because he understands how to unite as opposed to dividing.
The USA is so used to "party politics" that it seems odd to watch our president treat the right and the left as friends instead of enemies...we're Americans...people forget that in the political rhetoric that gets carelessly thrown around.
I also notice the INTENSE propaganda being tossed EVERYWHERE.
I also remember...DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE.
Obama got here by the people, for the people...that doesn't just disappear...unless you buy the hype.

What Happened on 9-11?

The US Air Force was playing "war games" the weeks before the attack...battle scenarios, drills, etc...one of those simulations actually being an attack on the World Trade Center. NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) was responsible for the safety of the airways, and normally, anytime a commercial airliner flies off course, two to four F-14 US fighters are scrambled within 20 minutes and "accompany" the jets to see what the emergency is. If it's a terror attack, they have instructions to shoot down the plane, so it can't be used as a "missile". On that day, NORAD claims they didn't send fighters after the four airliners because they thought it was a drill, and the F-14s were somewhere else...so for over TWO HOURS...while those "commercial airliners" were gearing up to attack the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania. Who called NORAD off? That's the answer to who initiated 9-11
If you want to know who was in on it within the WTC, find the answer to these three questions: 1. Who was supposed to work in the WTC on 9-11 but didn't show up? 2. Who WASN'T supposed to work in the WTC on 9-11, but was ordered to go in anyway? and 3. Who made short-sells on the Stock Exchange the week before 9-11 (meaning: who knew the towers would fall which would make the market crash, and capitalized upon it by short selling their stocks, so when they split and doubled, the stock holders would have twice as many stocks)? These answers are still unknown to the public, because the names are the answers of who was in on it...President Obama could change that.
In military speak, it's called a "False Flag Operation" which means: make it look like the country has been attacked, attach a face to that attack (or a patsy), so the people will have an enemy, then use the people's fear to justify attacking that person and their country. In this case, Osama was ex-CIA who realized what the US government was up to, infiltrating all nations of the world with military and political influence to essentially steer those powers to US interests. Osama went rogue and began telling the Muslim world what the US was doing, and the US does not forgive that kind of truth telling. Our military took out the towers by way of the Rockefeller family and the CIA. Why? The Rockefeller family owns the banks and consequently the Stock Market, and the CIA runs much of the military industrial complex. RESULT: Stock Market crashed and most of the public lost their money, unless you had insider information and short sold your stock the week before, CIA and US Military got to invade Afghanistan and Iraq (???) to insure oil barons get a mainline, and the Patriot Act was born: more security for the US, less privacy to its citizens and the military industrial complex gets a bigger paycheck...until they want MORE.
P.S. It's not all of the Rockefellers and the CIA, just a handful at the top who organized it and set it up...the majority down the chain were just following orders. I think this time, we should find out the reality of who thinks they can rob the United States of money, lives, freedom and truth and put them on trial. If there are any whistle blowers up to the challenge...please step forward now.

If you could get on the mainstream media, what would you say?
If you could get on the mainstream media (all channels at once) what would you use the opportunity to say?
Before we talk current news, we have to get our history straight for the American public:
-John F. Kennedy was assassinated by the CIA, organized by Allen Dulles and paid for by Nelson Rockefeller because JFK was eliminating the CIA and about to begin printing money without the FED.
-9-11 was a false flag operation that killed 2,000 people and was initiated by the Rockefellers and the CIA who used the public fear to manipulate the stock market to their benefit, while securing the nation thru the Patriot Act, enabling the military industrial complex unprecedented money and power.
-People who are blowing the whistle on governments, military and big businesses like Bradley Manning, Rudolf Elmer, Adam Winfield and Julian Assange are in jail because those people in power (that haven't been caught yet) don't like the public finding out how they have abused their power.
WikiLeaks publishes the whistle blowers...pure and simple. When the mainstream media is controlled by money, the money will always win until the will of the people is sparked and inspired toward finding out the truth about what's really going on.
Whistle blowers are people "in the know" who have witnessed corruption or human rights violations and don't want any part of it (let alone being an accomplice to hiding it) so they report it to journalists who will out those violations. Until the mainstream media cannot be bribed, the truth won't be found on regular TV news.
If we want our leaders to be held accountable for their actions, let's have "Amnesty for Transparency." ANYONE who wants to be free of unethical and immoral culture within government, military or business, may come forward and testify about what they witnessed (or enabled) and be freed for their honesty. The power of the People is dependent upon the honor of their leaders. Let's keep them clean.
Come forward and tell us what's wrong, and you will be received as a hero.

Were it up to him, would she live or die?

can't fool yourself forever, so stop lying.
Can she, find enough backbone to climb,
out of this pit of despair, where the water's fine?
Can it be time for some amnesty,
and come clean, and trust her man to be
the man he claimed to be before transparency, and
stop withholding rights of fellow humanity?
She'll forgive him if he can, but if he can't,
the Apocalypse of Truth will divorce their hand,

Let's Stop Playing Their Game
Anyone out there ever read "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand? She suggests that the creators of this world will realize their visions and accomplishments are being perverted and bastardized by those with lots of power and little standards...so they retreat from the mainstream and disappear with like-minded people into their own reality...away from the power hungry, the fear mongers and those who conspire to control creators for their own twisted ends.
I would suggest that's what's happening to USA's version of democracy. Our great vision of equal opportunity and "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" has been replaced with "the American dream," brought to you by big businesses who tempt the masses with credit lines to fund your dream...until 90% of you default on your loans, and then your dream is absorbed by the big business who sold it to you in the first place.
Weird? No, it's just BIG BUSINESS. Why would they dangle the carrot in front of the consumer? Because consumers pull the plow with little gain in return.
How would we combat this? By NOT PLAYING. We have an infinite amount of opportunities and options within our own social circles and families to make our lives satisfying and abundant. When big business or government or military sees the People as "masses of numbers" instead of individual lives who matter, the temptation is to treat them as numbers in an amoral perspective that leads to an uncaring nature revolving around gain at whatever the cost, meaning: if we play their game, we will be treated as cattle, moving from pen to pen, being milked and prodded all the way to the slaughter house.
Let's stop playing their game, and let's begin our own.

The People's Power
With all the conspiracy theory out there about what the "powers that be" are up to, I think it's important to remember the People's Power.
We are individual beings of living light. Science has been proving that little by little, and many religions have come to that conclusion as well.
That's pretty radical.
As beings of light, we are energy (or even angels) and have the power to use prayer/meditation/positivity/affirmation to change our reality. Right now, the world is waking up, and regardless of religious or scientific belief, we KNOW how powerful we are when we THINK together.
While we live our out normal lives, let's also affirm or pray these kinds of concepts to further the creative perception of our planet:
1. We, human beings, are united on our Earth.
2. We are harmonizing the Love of ourselves and each other to find harmony in our actions with each other.
3. We are affecting our physical world with positive change.
4. We are finding WIN-WIN solutions for all humanity to live in peace and enable each other's "Life, liberty and pursuit of happiness."
5. Our personal differences are embraced by our singular purpose of respect and empathy for one another.
Will you guys add some to this thread, and I'll make a HUGE list of beautiful ideas for the World to read? Then we can translate them into all of our languages, and send them to the rest of our planet.
